I operate in at least 2 exit strategies where I wont take it unless there´s a wide spread that can absorb madness to some degree.

Hey @Moshe Marciano, CA can be very difficult but you can find some areas that still allow it.More state wide regs are coming for 2024 that could affect payouts and such.

Commercial space is generally a very wide scope of different loan options and deal structuring.

Those vary widely, so you just have to crunch the numbers when the time comes.I have spreadsheets I've created myself to do all this for me by just plugging in numbers.

Definitely a wide range of perspectives.

Galveston has a great market for STR whether it be in a single family home or condo, there is something for everyone and a wide range of budgets.

However, how different syndicators allocate depreciation varies widely.  

That gives a wide latitude for interpretation, especially for a buyer looking to get out of a deal.
