A couple of miles north of there has seen some development with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle etc. but safe to say this would still be one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city.

If you take what a lot of people on BP think is a good metric: cash-flow $100/month then a single visit during the year (plane, rental car, food, hotel, etc.) will wipe out your cash-flow.

I think the Perdiem is more like 59 a day but the establishment has a food and supply thing they do and offer to fill your cabinets for the 59 of course they take a cut also.

Just a little food for thought here, I have received things in the mail before that were hand written and usually I will open them if they don’t stink of advertising but I also get mail sometimes that looks hand written but is actually a handwriting font that looks very realistic.
