Individualized container homes would be ill suited for assisted living style care.

I rented to assisted living as a 5/3.5; it was ideal.

Also do you have any info on him. i can dig up some info on him and then get an attorney to file a suit against him if oyu wanted to go that route. happy to assist in digging up info so you can give it to an attorney. note I am not an attorney but a note investor and good at finding stuff on the web

You know what the payment is so you can add that amount to the customizable expenses which would obviously skew your ROI and would not keep track of your pay down and that type of thing.

@Kevin Collins you are asking for advice and I am taking time out of my day to actually give you a different view point in an attempt to help and assist you but you are upset it doesn't quite conform and confirm your thoughts in the way you expected. 

I think tracking productivity will be tough unless you have someone on site that is checking their work at the end of the day and documenting their progress. 

My company owns about 3,000 MF units, along with some retail, industrial, and Assisted Living. 

Anyway, what are you guys that use RH doing for receipt tracking?
