Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.

Sure, all channels can work, even seller financing or foreclosures, but in my experience, a well-connected agent can uncover hidden gems that often outperform the trickier avenues.Since the post is still fresh, I’m curious.. do you foresee other potential add ons that might elevate the returns even further, like corporate housing partnerships or short-term seasonal leases?

You have to work with a team that is investor-friendly and has experience working with out-of-country investors like yourself.

For instance - I am looking to see if anyone has experience with installing recessed lighting into a horse hair plaster ceiling and if anyone could offer advice on the process I should take when doing so? 

I have purchased a few different land ed courses out there.   There seems to be a new one coming out every day & I am skeptical of a lot of the creators.  They seem to lack substance listening to their initial inf...

I'd connect with some local investors either through the Airbnb app.. can message them as a guest and ask for a phone call to see their experiences and see if someone can send you their P/L or share experiences, and or connect with local facebook groups.

As title says, looking for some first hand experience, positive or negative; for working with mynd.co.

My suggestion would be to buy a place to be a mid term rental and experiment with short term during the vacancy gaps.
