Yeah, I never understood why it like seems like everyone just pulls an areas vacancy rate numbers out of thin air and when they are known to the 10th of a percent plus can fluctuate year to year.  4% here might be more accurate than 8%...in many areas I see sellers claim that flat 8% and then you check and it is in the mid teens...These rates for vacancies and the average vacancy duration are researchable.

According to statistical analysis of the data, several independent organizations (meaning they having no vested interest in the outcome) have concluded that teaching birth control methods instead of or in addition to abstinence education leads to lower teen pregnancy rates.Given that, why wouldn't you want birth control methods taught as well as (I'm not saying in addition to) abstinence education?
