Str is a tech play.

It's relatively affordable, strong tech and industrial job growth, landlord friendly, low property taxes, and not state income tax. 

I've been seeing a lot of posts on here about investing in Columbus due to its expansion in the tech industry.

Fact is name the big-tech and it's a universal of LOW quality.

Of course I said yes and the tech returned and installed the new cooktop.

By all means go for it if it makes sense but thread carefully.As to the missing out bit, I've heard of so many stock market investors who missed out on the post-Covid run up, had FOMO and bought unprofitable tech stocks at the top and lost most of it in a few months as the market crashes.It's good if missing out in the past pushes you to take action.

They like investing in Columbus for all of the tech growth over the last 3-5 years.
