I fully support almost everything about being a landlord inn Chicago and have zero issues with anything in the RLTO but this is just ridiculous.

A proof of funds letter without any credible evidence to support it is empty rhetoric and a waste of your time.

However, you can't apply any of these restrictions for assistance animals like a guide dog or an emotional support animal.
