There’s a lot of parents and I’m one of them that have children that probably don’t wanna go and spend 4 to 6 years in college.Any ideas or experience that you have seen or done would be great.

BiggerPockets is a great place for that, so keep asking questions and refining your process.At the end of the day, estimating rehab costs is a skill that gets better with experience.

They are also useful for private phone conversations and could be used for storage of valuables as they could be locked.I'd love to be able to broach this idea with other nationalities and cultures but it's really hard if they're not working very long hours and have hours of free time at home.
