Hey BP I’m upgrading the washer and dryer in my duplex and debating on whether or not I should install coin operated ones.

No surge panel is installed in the electrical panel. 

I'm getting too old to wait, so if I have to take things in my own hands, I will.Here is the caveat, I came back to do this because I am extremely passionate about sustainable development, net-zero carbon, thermal mass, compressed earth block, rammed earth, hempcrete and others with all the add-ons like rainwater collection, solar and permaculture.

Maybe installing cameras helps as you know when they show up and go home. 

Good afternoon everyone,I am a landlord in New York City, and I installed mini splits into each unit in my multifamily property.

He has even come to my personal house to pick up money and some things I ordered from Amazon to be installed in the property, and fronted some of his own money to keep things moving while I wait for the draw from my lender to clear.

I would not charge install fee.

We usually go with a cabinet specific company that also installs, I think it's probably a bit cheaper than home depot lowe's, but I don't think either option is bad. 

It looks like there are water meters I could install after the city meter which do pulse output but I don't know how that works or if it will do remote monitoring.

I've got a great supplier/installer here on the Coast.I'm not familiar with the Magee market, but a quick MLS search shows no active rentals on market in town.I've learned the hard way on the BRRRRs, if you go ahead and do everything (within a reasonable budget) Roof, HVAC, windows, kitchen bathrooms, you'll save yourself time/money down the road.Good Luck!
