Hello @Rafael Floresta,I am a new wholesaler and right now i am builgin my  list of buyers in the Philly area and looking for sellers.This forum has a lot of information so i m soaking everything.- my questions at the moment that every beginner wholesaler ask: how do i find buyers and sellers?

I moved here about 2 months ago and I'm looking to soak up knowledge about real estate in general and any local tips.I currently own rental investments in Saskatoon, SK and back home in London, UK.  

I discovered Brandon's book on Amazon.com, and since then, been soaking up as much information as possible through books, podcasts, and of course this awesome forum/website.  

New to site and looking to soak up all the knowledge and give back by helping others.

The forums are a great way to soak in all kinds of info.

I'm in Kennesaw - so I guess we're neighbors :) Soak up all you can from this site - forums, podcasts, blogs.

We're excited to have found BP and are soaking it up as fast as we can to help us improve our investment strategies.

Detroit had a number of very unfriendly investor situations.. from the danger of your block going to seed... to Devils night and your house gets torched. to Wayne county basically being totally dysfunctional as a county entity.. just better places to invest.. is better in the suburbs of Detroit and out of Wayne county I have no doubt its better and probably sustainable.So in my mind If you live there and its your JOB to buy and run these assets then by all means give it a go..
