Not sure of my preference   Just different.No one can predict storms, but if you schedule in hurricane season you have better chance of hurricane than if you schedule outside hurricane season.  

In addition, be strategic about when they would stay - don't give away premium nights during your peak season for this.

Traction is cold hard cash money seasoned in a bank account.Cash Accumulation is the most needed thing for many people.

In our welcome basket we allocated $2-4 for gifts i.e. chocolate bars, Florida Oranges when in season, etc
