A coach that I currently have for my real estate business said one important thing to me regarding a business plan and that was, "it's just a road map and you will alter it as time goes on."

Make sure that before you start your journey you put a specific plan in place that maps out your goals and the path to get there, when you have a roadmap for yourself its easier to stay the course and it can shorten your time to your desired destination

Just like investing in real estate you have to make a blueprint / roadmap to what you are going to do and how you are going to get there.  

I've never done much that others have done, I've cut my own path, I've lead my own people, I've created my investments by solving problems and creating opportunity where others have walked past because they didn't have a roadmap to take a project to completion.

I only say investing is easy because I can do it, If I can do it anyone can.When I refer to do something, I dont mean run out and buy the first property, but lay out your road map to where you want to be and get on it.
