I actually prefer regulations over not knowing what’s going to happen and risking being shut down entirely.

However, there are restaurants, bars, family activities (mini-golf, go-carts, etc.), and a wonderful supermarket that is close by and walkable (2-3 blocks away).The reviews are excellent, and we are currently superhosts.

And you  look at the back of any kitchen on the west coast restaurants and its dominated by sous chefs from Guatamala and of course all the other ethnic restaurants especially in CA.

Several of them have been shut down thank goodness.  

Sell.I am really concerned about trends I have seen in Florida where condos are being shut down due to unpayable costs/assessments, the building gets torn down and then a new one rebuilt and the condo owners simply lose everything.The idea of an HOA on sterroids makes me want to avoid them but then the added risk of shady tear downs makes me avoid condos like the plague.

In Reno the hottest areas are near all the hip new restaurants and bars.

One more thing I forgot if you have a 12 month lease like I do I state in the lease that if the bill is exceeded $200 at any given time we will shut off the water.

So just check first, it would be bad to get shut down on your first inspection.

@Jaron Walling Hi, i have been working at my families local restaurant since i was a kid. it pretty much doesnt operate smoothly without us being there but it is getting tiring and my parents who have been working these hours much longer than i (they are immigrants from albania hence why i also bust my ***) dont want to continue doing this forever. i also do some FB market flips and have an online store. i just hustle to do whats needed. i have low expenses so this has allowed me to save alot for investments. 

The Sheraton and most of the commercial buildings are built and occupied (except one restaurant space), the apartments appear to be all leased up.
