As a newbie I am sure i will make some mistakes and give you guys a laugh or two along the way, maybe asking repetitive questions that you probably hear all the time.

Why are you repetitively saying this?

I am pretty proficient with Excel and have used VBAs in the past to expedite long repetitive tasks.

There are no "dumb" questions, but we first expect that you perform a bit of your own research and learn as you read, since most questions posted on this site seem to be repetitive and hence already have been answered more than once.

Repetitive tasks, physical tasks are best learned by experience, doing things over and over again.

The bootcamp the offer with the packages is just a repetition of the first event, they take you to see properties but with no actually feedback as to how to estimate repair cost or anything that will actually be useful to you in getting a deal done.
