I’ve bought all my rental properties on the MLS. 

There's an opportunity for an ADU in the backyard, but I will buy another rental property before adding the ADU.

There is also potential for an ADU in the large backyard, but I will buy another rental property before moving forward with an ADU plan.

Which could be an open space Medical Equipment rental business, down to a Dentist's office with multiple room utility hookups.You're going have to vet this to a lower level of discussion anyways. 

I've had rentals for awhile now, but this is the first time something like this has come up. 

Goal is long term rental buy and hold.

Dentistry.Buy your own building, rent out to other professionals and use the money to buy single family homes for rentals.
