I've found some decent things at Target, and a lot on Amazon (this bed frame is great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XPN96MG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b...).There's also a company that seems legit called fullhaus, but I haven't used them (I've had my wife help me pick out everything). 2) The main thing is to be clear that you are not onsite, but happy to help remotely.

I live on the beach and do all my biz OOS.I have done let's just say one or two deals over the last 10 years all 100% remote.

I do know that the pricing varies based on the unit count as well as what level you sign up for; but overall, it's super user-friendly for tenants, PM's & owners.Plus they're always updating their software and adding new automation features to make everything so simple as well as well as great customer support. 

looks i'm in the similar situation as a remote investor.

I also know they had one deal fall through after 4 months under contract and they want to sell because they are having trouble managing remotely.

I live in New Jersey and recently purchased a duplex in Columbus, Ohio, with my realtor managing everything remotely, including inspections and virtual tours.

This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.

I personally use Buildium but I'm always looking out for new features and pricing models from the others.
