I love how people rationalize walking away from their obligations by pointing the finger at somebody else to justify their actions.There is a word for people wo walk away from their obligations - DEADBEAT.

I've also said positive things about Bush:- He did what he thought was right;- He didn't care what people thought of him.But, overall, I think he is pretty average in terms of intellect, which is a scary thought for the most powerful person in the world...The funny thing is, nobody cared to argue with me on any of this (including you, Tim)...they just rationalized that it was okay, because he surrounded himself with smart people.If you believe Bush is anything more than average in terms of intellectual ability, please provide evidence.

As Greg mentioned... once they foreclose the banks then have reduce the value of that asset and if I understand what happens next... cash reserves must be larger, and the lending rations are skewed such that many banks could no longer lend money in market segments.Our challenge is to hang and enjoy the ride.
