That bill added "sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression" to the list of protected classes (after race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, familial status...) with Charlotte obviously requiring that establishments there make accommodations for the "full and equal enjoyment of the good, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of a place of public accommodation..."

I am not sure how that would work.I also do not know of a way, the attorney client privilege would not make it impossible to know who controls the trusts.Then there are foreign trusts.Good luck to any regulators that want to limit those.

You can not pay an agent for access...they would lose their MLS privileges if they were caught...which would be really easy to get caught doing as they would just need to see two IP's logging into the account at once.
