I am planning to pop out the glass block unit and installing a 2’x4’ tempered clear glass window at 6’ above the floor level of the shower.

Nicer apartment complexes have popped up everywhere, replacing what previously were projects.

If so, buy some crack shacks with tenants in place like I just did in the last two months for 25k a pop and call it good. lol
