I've seen too many investors find a good property, then hand it over to a terrible PM and the entire thing fails. 

Beautiful thing about RE is there is plenty of people out there and you can find the right fir for what you need as the seller

I am very cautious about stuff like this but if i find anything interesting or worthwhile considering I can let people know.

Is this how it works, wanted to know from people who have their star’s managed my property management company?

.#2  MINDSET:  Just like some people will NEVER become real estate investors regardless of time, money, related profession, - MOST people will never become real estate investors.   

In my experience, success in D-class areas almost always requires being local, extremely hands-on, and self-managing.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I seem to be getting a lot more people who want to cancel and get full refunds in the 11th, 12th or 13th hour than ever before.I found the hard "no" led to headaches so I switched to, "if it is rebooked, I will give you a refund."
