While similar these 2 operate vastly differently, are positioned wildly differently. 

Sometimes they'll have gurus come thru that charge more for a full day class or more extensive training.I've posted before some lists of area meetups...each has a little different twist and following.

Each country would be different.  

There are several different kinds of exchanges with different rules and timelines, not just one type.

.- the difference in rate of return for appreciation of a 80% LTV vs 50% LTV is 2.5x.
