I went to college, and I can say I learned A LOT more about finances, business, and economics from the 100+ books I have read at Barnes and Noble.

I'm new to BP and the real estate business, and I'm currently sitting at a Barnes and Noble reading and learning the business to better myself.

@Tiana Noble if you want to keep your 9-5 job and own properties - I do not see much of a choice here for you but to hire a PM. 

The wealthy land owners in the west had serfs working the land until plague wiped out many nobles and left the whole system jacked up. 

@Brett Merrill@darel Daik with @noble mortgage is a great guy and very established and respected in the industry.

@Cathleen Noble $50k is no where near enough to do that renovation unless you are using very low quality materials.

Visit the local library or Barnes 'n Noble and read all the classics: Rich Dad, Poor Dad; the Richest Man in Babylon; Think and Grow Rich; etc.
