Sounds like next steps for you are choosing a market to invest in and finding a property mangmemt in that state to mange your assets for you.

Do you want to partner with someone who will mange, do you want to be an LP in a syndication and be completely passive.

Or dose anyone know of a good property manager over in Wenatchee since I wouldn't be able to mange the day to day operations if I invest in Wenatchee.

How you mange lead paint for rentals depends on state law.

Except for how to mange the leads, I understand about using the tasks, but once you create a task and hit several other buttons that pertain to the situation of your lead, before you know it you have a whole bunch of task that are really unnecessary then you end up mudding all of your task, you spend time trying to weed through the task.

@Cynthia Ng you need to find the money somehow to get this done.
