This area was mostly composed of very old, but historically significant, apartment buildings most of which were in significant disrepair and required an enormous amount of capital to rehab and reposition.

I've been a stylist on  music videos, a fashion editor in LA and in my last in-house job I was creative director of a small men's line in Orange County.

One guy has 2 German Shepherds; its a relatively small place with a small yard, he travels and would have a roomate stay with him, in a band and has a lot of musical equipment, etc... and the other couple asked me about house parties, smoking, and how many people I would allow to say in the house at any given time. 

30 months sounds like music to my ears, as time flies afterall.

I attract folks from all over for games and big events like the Country Music Awards or NCAA Bowl Games!

I have very little knowledge about pharmaceuticals, apparel, software, mobile devices, music, precious metals, etc... so there is no way that I can make an educated investment in those other industries.
