Lots of work.I like the idea for most folks we are looking to invest to get to 10 to 50 doors which ever way they can either sfr or small multi or a nice 50 unit garden apartment.. etc etc. its the rental business and all that comes with it.

We just put a beautiful house in Garden Grove on the market on Friday and today received an offer from a local buying agent with a well known firm that he would like to hold open houses for us Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend in order to get a buyer and earn the 2.5% commission we're offering and that on top of that he will throw us an extra $500 for allowing him to do this.
