Each week when I drive by to check the property the yard has been mowed first thing Saturday morning which is more frequently than I would have maintained it.

The seller told his agent and my agent that he would sign our offer the following morning.

Good morning @Michael Caldwell - I think I know what you are asking.Question: Are there lenders that will use the actual in-place rents (that are higher) for your underwriting of DSCR instead of using the lesser of market rents vs. in-place rents?

Also it would have to be a location that's within a reasonable flight distance from JFK or LaGuardia airports.
