@Allen WuThere is a huge population migration across the US to the sunbelt, but especially states like FL that are business & landlord friendly, have no state income tax, low property taxes, good weather, low cost of living, access to the ocean, etc.

I know it is a large state and this is a broad question, but what I do know is there are people migrating to Texas at extremely high rates.
