So around $220k-$230k, plus at least 3 months reserves on PITI, which is likely another $15k-$20k or so.

We have 4 doors in Detroit at the moment and the weather, tenants, theft, etc. is a reality.

Once I had the right person to speak with, things went much better, and I hope that is the case for your situation, too.

I was aware that there is a radon mitigation fan in the basement of the SFH, but I didn't have a chance to check if it is in working order during the rehab, nor did I run a radon test.
