@Manas M.You'd need to consult a qualified professional or two to draw up some sort of contract so that your mgt llc is "doing what you want," including probably paying hte bills (ie. mortgage, insurance premiums, etc.).As for insurance, you'd probable need a General Commercial Liability policy... maybe E&O?? 

We ALL plan to split evenly the mortgage, upgrades, and maintenance of the home.Ultimately my mother in law wants the hone to be owned by my fiancé and I (as a married couple) outright upon her passing.
