GC for BRRRR in SA Texas

Gabriel Watts
Posted

Hello BP world,

Relocated to Texas couple years back, trying to get my system and teams together. Have my first SFH for a BRRRR in the San Antonio area under contract and looking for who investors use for the rehab's! Any advice or personal experience shared in the area would be much appreciated. Also if your local would love to meet up and talk shop. Thanks everyone!

Hi Gabriel - Super tough to find good contractors right, everyone seems to be crazy busy.  I have have a contractor who I used in San Antonio who is reputable and honest.  I'll connect with you directly to pass along contact information.  Happy to help any way I can...
