If a fly gets in the house, should the landlord run over with a fly swatter?

Realizing that i will have to pay to foreclose on the landlord, make tax/insurance payments. what should i offer this small regional bank?

Garbage disposals are the bain of the existence to most landlords.

I usually recommend that clients write one unit vacant into the contract because you can't serve a notice to quit before you own it and most landlords won't do it so it's hard to make your 60-day occupancy the way you are going to do it.
