While seller financing offers numerous advantages, including tax benefits and continued income for heirs, it seems he's set on selling for cash.

I mentioned in a thread a week ago that I had done this numerous times.

Sometimes it's ambiguous, but even then, why should I bother with the company that has numerous unresolved lawsuits, versus another company that is virtually the same but has none.

I've gone through eviction court proceedings, ran thousands of background/credit checks for application, made numerous leases, dealt with repairs and whole house renovations when a few tenants nearly destroyed properties, and worked with property management companies on the HOA units. 

After doing numerous internet searches, it does not come up in any fashion under my name - and this guy somehow got it.

Furthermore, if numerous investments are utilized from one debt (loan), the interest must be utilized for the same investment and filed accordingly.Business investment interest expenses follow the same general guidelines but do become more involved.

Then, when we look at Atlanta and Charlotte we see a good amount of supply because of the footprint of large institutiional buyers (i.e. invitation homes).That leaves the midwest (OH, IN, MO), TN, and the one off markets like Tucson and Albuquerque.

They will not proceed to fill in your forms.Then,  would you ever invite some random stranger to your house?

I generally dont invite agents of the government to come inspect my properties unless there is a good reason to. 

I know Jon said that there are numerous deductions and allowances but can you name some examples please?
