As a real estate agent in Los Angeles, I saw too many people buying homes that they couldn't afford . . . it as bound to happen.Everyone got caught up in the feeding frenzy and forgot "what goes up, must come down".

There are a lot of people out there who feed on new people - seek out the leaders in your community.

Make sure you have an exit strat set up that you can afford understanding that you might have to feed this property and that your repairs will come out of your pocket.

How often to bats HAVE to go out and feed??

I have dehumidifiers in all of my basements (unoccupied) that are set to a certain humidity They have a hose outlet that feeds into a condensation pump that sends it into a drain.

I spend most of my time feeding my brain with real estate, and life knowledge.
