Now I'm just trying to figure out the interaction of owning and operating an investment firm and working for a Broker.

In the past as a tenant, I've always considered landlord interactions awkward so now that I am on the other side, I avoid those "extra" efforts .

No property tax issues with common elements, no complex hazard insurance policy to deal with, no common area maintenance issues to deal with.  

These books teach you how to handle situations, how to find solutions based on your value system, set clear boundaries with people and overall understanding people's motivations and why they do what they do (which is extremely helpful in any interactions with people).

When I leave Pensacola in two years, I plan to rent out both homes for the long-term.Looking forward to interacting with you all and continuing my real-estate education with this great network.

Here are the elements that go into my situation:1) Currently in mid-range salary job (60k).

I owe that to all  landlords that will interact with that tenant in the future.

I know I need to start being more interactive on BP forums and networking with local people here in the mid cities. 

This is my first interaction with the conventional financing system.
