I hope this inspires some of you who are, like me new to the real estate investing world.

For example, if MCC obtained $100,000 worth of business credit for you, the total fee would amount to $10,000 based on the 10% fee.I was inspired by several other BiggerPocket users who have posted similar case studies, so I wanted to add more value by posting my own case study of F&G in an attempt to inform and inspire anyone else who reads this and is hesitant or just starting out.

Jason has some excellent ones and he inspired to to try self managing 3 years ago. 

I listened to your BPM show#4 with Rosemarie Groner and her energy inspired me to get the book she mentioned Dave Ramsey's Total Money makeover.

I have read the How To Invest In Real Estate Book and think it's very inspiring and useful. 

I will share a couple of mine:1) Be more involved on BiggerPockets - We have a great community with many awesome people doing inspiring things everyday!

I just hope to inspire some to take the same path I did, and convince others not to follow in my footsteps if its not for them :).

I want to get more active on BP to inspire some of you young entrepreneurs out there, and to share some the knowledge that I've acquired over the last few years of doing this full time and growing my real estate business from absolutely nothing. but first...I want everyone reading to understand that this does not happen overnight...
