If you really want to be accepted into those deals, you'll still have to build up your income and/or net worth before being accepted, which in my opinion is a good thing and protects people from themselves.Like Omar said, much ado about nothing really.

Right now, I think that it would be a great idea to build up capitol through wholesaling and then use that capitol to fund buy and hold rental properties.
