Define roles, financial contributions, profit-sharing, and responsibilities in a detailed agreement.

If this is a single family, they are responsible for pest control.

So prompt responses to inquiries generally get the bookings.  

The responses have been really helpful here.

Be responsive, communicative, deliver on what you say you are going to deliver (e.g. photos are true representation of your properties, amenities reflect what you actually have).
