I wouldn't advise buying and holding properties in war zones because they usually come with all kinds of problems like vandalism, theft, squatters, poor quality tenants, etc., but I would definitely do wholesale deals there.

He had been evicted twice and had 3 full pages of criminal history including receiving stolen property, theft, domestic violence, etc, etc, etc.Obviously, I wouldn't accept this person as a tenant.

Now, most of the sellers are using ebay as a store front and their starting price is simply the price tag and you can pay more if you want to, but why, when they just keep posting the next one that is identical to the 100 that went before it?

Well maybe they do, but if they try to walk out of the store with a cart of groceries the theft is much more obvious.Mike's statement reminds me of a classic gamblers joke.
