I wouldn't advise buying and holding properties in war zones because they usually come with all kinds of problems like vandalism, theft, squatters, poor quality tenants, etc., but I would definitely do wholesale deals there.

I'm simply saying garbage in garbage out.I'd say what is being overlooked is the very basic fact that all real estate is unique, no two parcels on earth are the same, they may be similar, but not identical.

He had been evicted twice and had 3 full pages of criminal history including receiving stolen property, theft, domestic violence, etc, etc, etc.Obviously, I wouldn't accept this person as a tenant.
