I currently live in a situation where utilities are included, but after paying my own for a while, and just being a mature responsible human being, I still turn the lights off, don't jack up the heat, etc.

But, due to the nature of my work I'm very aware of the dark side of human nature and I never allow it in.  

I do enjoy working with my hands and using tools (I guess this just makes me man *thumps on chest*), I have volunteered at Habitat for Humanity and 8 hours always seems like 1 hour.GoalsI want to reach a point where I can have positive cash flow and leave the chain that is currently attaches my ankle to my cubicle.  

., when it's more than just me) I'll probably go to a hybrid approach of direct to a human during the day with an answering service for overflow/after hours.It WAS nice to know that every call was being taken by a human.

I plan on attending my first local BP meet-up this week to network with actual humans, and would love it if you reached out to say hello, and/or to compare investing notes. 

As well there are municipalities that really don't give a s**t about LLC's and they go up the chain of ownership and as soon as they find the first human on the papers, that's the guy left holding the bag. 

I called a few numbers until I was able to talk to a human being, who then took my name and number and told be the office that handles this sort of business will contact me in 24-48 hours. 

A combination of human error when inputting the data, a lack of QC and perhaps laziness.  

Shelter is a basic human need and they didn't hurt you by applying.
