We are about to put a historic 1919 home renovation flip on the market next month, and we want the house to show especially well in order to highlight the type of renovation work our company is capable of (and to get top market price on the house) For a complete staging on a 1,500 sq ft house I've been quoted $1,500.

Bullet points of your experience level (# of rehabs, wholesale deals, # of units you own) Don't fake it, if all you have done is be a real estate agent and not done any of your own deals, then highlight that you are an experienced agent with a good understanding of your market.

Your best bet might be to see the house and make the offer there, so you can negotiate properly (without highlighting TOO much the deficiencies of the property) with the owner.
