Hey Vincent,from research i had done and people i talked to about it, only the houses in the marked zone would be affected. i’d be mainly concerned if the propert is within the chemical plume as seen in that map above. it does seem like they have been working on remediation it over the years. lmk if you have any questions. i did end up closing on a property in garfield but it’s not within the plume
