Or, if you have a good price, with an able buyer buying cash since it's a rehab in progress and not finished, the buyer needs to have the money, loans will be difficult on an unfinished house, you pay the fee and keep everyone happier. :)

Several of those folks have since gone to prison.Unless you fantasize about playing Al Capone and are prepared to bash a tenant's head with a bat to get your rent or get them out of your place....invest your time and energies elsewhere for a much better return....and a happier life!
