Non MLS Research
Is there a website that is worth paying for to get info on properties if you don't have access to the mls? I've read the blogs on here about not using zillow or trulia because they are inaccurate. What about sites that aren't free such as foreclosure.com or getforeclosed.com... are there any that are accurate and up to date that can be trusted to use the data to run numbers with?
