That's what these guys are thinking.

The owner Roy Guy will say whatever it is you need to hear to sign the contract, then you'll hardly hear or see a peep from them until it's time to shell out cash for something they did to mismanage. 

Slowly build out a repeatable process...if you continue to change things (as in different types of properties, different levels of renovation, different finish material, different neighborhoods, etc.) you create more variables and make it harder to solve to the problem.I am a math guy and less unknowns/variables you have the easier the problem will be to solve. 

Good product, but the enterprise account was way too expensive, so I switched to Profit Drive from the REI Blackbook guys.

Buyer would go steal from other houses to fix this one.. they never bought the house .. the idea for these guys is they would get enough on the down payment to at least get their cash back..

I thought I was going down to the subfloors but I had my flooring guys come try to sand anyway.

Hey guys I have been in the market for 2 years now across US/Japan.

I never liked that guy anyway.

Every rich guy with a brokerage account at all time highs wants to "get into real estate" - too much money chasing not enough houses.

This guy sounds like a character.
