So if that is true, how will future lenders know given that these are extreme circumstances due to a global pandemic?

The problem is people are struggling in a merit based society and global capitalism only makes it worse for them as the wealth got spread around. 

., down payment, terms of the loan, DCR requirements (global and on the property), costs of the loan, interest rates, amortization, etc.

With the global economy in a tailspin and nary a sign of it stabilizing, the likelihood those loans will be paid in full — whether through refinancing or property sales that can satisfy lenders — is slim.The shrapnel from this ticking time bomb will be absorbed in virtually every major metropolitan area in the country.

Not to mention the **** show of global economics.

Global demand for goods has and will continue to diminish as the world tries to battle and then recover from COVID.

🌎I think it goes without saying we are all in the beginning of the shell shocked stage that this Covid-19 is bringing and will bring to our local, national and global community.
