hey guys I am new to real estate and I just got my first rental property this past year and have tenants and things are finally stable now.

Many out-of-state investors make big mistakes that cost them far more than a property manager would charge.

The picture makes me think of a "mini" hotel or some type of destination/STR property. 

My thinking is I would have to wait until I dispose of the property.
