It will be frustrating if I can't charge 100% for something the tenant fully admits as being her fault 100%.  

I am trying to improve to market level so I don't have to do another project if I decide to sell after a few months of rental frustration.

We were sent the contracts today to look them over, and are frustrated with one of the contracts. 

Tenants don't complain & move after a few months of frustration. 

when I did retail real estate I suspect I only worked with 20% of the people I came into contact with the rest I just knew it was going to be frustrating for both parties but what I like about my clients most have become life long either friends investors etc.. 

It's just frustrating because I don't have them right now so I'll keep going.

So frustrated having 6-8 offers declined in the last 3 weeks on multiple homes but it payed off. 

I don’t expect anything to be handed to me but its gotten frustrating.

In the end, the photographer did a great job while I was getting frustrated at my contractor.

Half the time it works out fine (& good for them), half the time they call me back 6 weeks later pissed off and frustrated at the person who promised the world but backed out at the last minute (good thing it was just a refi and there was no earnest money or property on the line), and 100% of the time they hit me up when it's a purchase mortgage.
