I would point blank ask the broker is this money coming or NOT.. and if not just handle it yourself and use bigger lenders that have massive credit lines.. but even those dues can have them called and frozen if the lenders feel collateral is at risk ( which is exactly what happned to my 30 million worth of lending lines in 08..

We got a company to look at the main sewer line.. they worked for 4 1/2 hours and then told me they thought it was frozen and there was nothing they could do.

I have actually found the door left open dozens and dozens of times, but it's only caused frozen pipes and major water damage twice.

If you dip below that 70%, your policy can default to a Basic form policy, excluding Water damage, Frozen pipes, etc.

Burst frozen pipes would be one of the reasons since it is in a contract and I give the instructions on how to prevent frozen pipes.
