One company that I’m looking into is Gatsby investment, has anyone here worked with them or any feed back on this company, they do have 5 star Google reviews but I would like to hear from someone in this forum.

Channel MGMT: Uplisting 

I kept hearing about them in all of my feeds and getting messages in my inbox.

We are adding a STR to our portfolio in Arlington, TX in the entertainment district that is walking distance to Jerryworld and Globe Life Field & think we want to be available on several booking channels and would like dynamic pricing and a calendar sync feature  I saw a sales demo for Hostfully which ostensibly gets the property listed on multiple  channels and keeps the calendar straight to avoid double booking.

Definitely get completely optimized on the first couple OTAs and maybe a channel mgr before investing a lot in software. 

All is clear, investor understands and is satisfied 👍)5) Investor is sent our FAQ link for the second time along with a link to hundreds of YouTube video's on our channel (We have been in business for 10+ years and have heard every question asked so there is almost no question that we haven't already answered via the auto email sequence, the content on our website, pre-qualification emails, during the investor on-boarding and during the intro call with Engelo).6) Investor promptly signs refundable deposit agreement (All good so far, right?).

There are so many people out there with podcasts, channels, followings etc saying all sorts of things.
