The home needs about $65K in renovations.I need a short sale specialist who can negotiate the existing debt down to something that makes sense for an investor and take the deal from start to finish in a timely fashion with minimal delays.

I was really looking for a house in Silver Lake or Echo Park, as we work in the Fashion District, so that will minimize drive time.I was really trying to buy our first house and look at it as an investment.

Both companies are great - you will pay more, but the jobs are always done in a timely fashion and correctly.

Something that seems to drive this here in Kansas City is that even though living downtown or near downtown is fashionable again, the KC, MO schools are not real great.

In my studies I've learned that these large corporations create dozens upon hundreds of subsidiary companies to bid in a sort of umbrella fashion, doing so by flooding the auction site with bids to ensure success, and in turn bidding down the percentage rate (it doesn't matter that they are getting .25% return, because they bought 800 at a time type mentality).   

Even so, I think they generally trend in a linear fashion and generally nullify each other relative to the ROE issue.I went way over the top on this explanation, but it was good for me.I hope you've also enjoyed it.
